What is FlosSafe?
FlosSafe is a hygienic storage box for interdental brushes and floss picks. It is designed to keep brushes clean, dry and organised, helping improve everyday oral hygiene at home.

Why is ventilation important for interdental brushes?
Interdental brushes hold moisture after use. When left on bathroom surfaces or stored in closed containers, they can stay damp for longer.
FlosSafe features a ventilated design and raised internal rack to promote airflow and help brushes dry more effectively between uses.

How many interdental brushes can FlosSafe hold?
FlosSafe can hold up to 6 interdental brushes.
It also includes two wider slots for larger sizes (1.3 mm and 1.5 mm, typically grey and black brushes) and side openings for floss picks.

Can I remove the internal parts for cleaning?
Yes — the internal grate and brush holder are removable for easy cleaning.

The lid is fixed and should not be removed.
All removable parts can be washed with warm water and mild soap, then left to air dry before reassembling.

Please note: FlosSafe is not dishwasher safe.

How often should I clean my interdental brush holder?
We recommend cleaning your FlosSafe every 1–2 weeks to maintain hygiene and prevent residue build-up.

What is the difference between the FlosSafe Countertop and Wall Mounted versions?
The FlosSafe Countertop version is designed to sit on your sink or bathroom shelf.
The FlosSafe Wall Mounted version attaches to the wall, helping keep surfaces clear and organised.

Both versions include the same ventilated storage system for interdental brushes.

How do I install the wall-mounted interdental brush holder?
The FlosSafe Wall Mounted version can be installed using the included double-sided adhesive or with screws/nails (not included).

It is designed to be easily removable, allowing you to take the box off for cleaning and place it back in seconds.

Will the adhesive damage bathroom walls or tiles?
The adhesive is designed to be strong and reliable while remaining removable.
For best results, apply it only to clean, dry and smooth surfaces such as tiles, glass or sealed walls.

Is FlosSafe safe for children?
FlosSafe contains small parts and is not intended for children.
Please keep it out of reach of young children.

Is FlosSafe a medical device?
No — FlosSafe is not a medical device.
It is a hygienic storage solution designed to support daily oral care routines.

Where is FlosSafe made?
FlosSafe is 100% made in the UK, in a dedicated studio in Kent.
Each unit is carefully produced using high-quality PLA and PETG materials.

Why does my FlosSafe have small surface variations or marks? Each FlosSafe is individually manufactured by hand in our UK studio in Kent. Minor surface variations, small marks, or slight texture differences are a natural result of this process — and a sign that your FlosSafe was made with personal care and attention, not churned out by an automated factory line.

We believe this is something to appreciate rather than apologise for. Every unit is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

What is included in the FlosSafe box?
Each FlosSafe includes the storage box and internal rack system.
The Wall Mounted version also includes the adhesive fixing for installation.

How long does delivery take? All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days. Delivery is free on all orders. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day returns policy on unused items in their original condition. Simply email us at care@flossafe.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.

Can I use FlosSafe for regular dental floss as well as interdental brushes? FlosSafe is primarily designed for interdental brushes and floss picks. It is not designed to store a standard floss reel, but the side openings accommodate most floss pick sizes comfortably.
